PerfectShare Winter 2007 Release

The latest release has many small improvements throughout the suite. Plus, a couple big new features like a new Overview page and a complete Messaging system

Here's Whats New!

Overview Page

The Overview page has been redesigned to give you quicker access to uploaded files, and more information in an easy to view format.

Uploaded files can be downloaded right from the Overview page.
Quicker access to any notes associated with the user uploads.
New Messages are shown in the lower left window.
Site info (disc space / user count) now shown at the lower right

Site info is now avaliable in the lower right quadrant.

File Manager Page
New - Quick Access to File History!

We have added a one touch Activity button to the file manager. Click to view...

Users that you have currently authorized to access the file.
Date and time the file was added to the site.
All historical permission changes to the file.

Message Center
New - Threaded Discussions Area!

Many of you have asked for a way to share images and documents and also be able to comment or accept threaded responses. We have heard you.

Starting with this release, PerfectShare now includes a threaded messaging system. You have all seen examples of this on blogs or forums on the net. You now have your own. We took this a step further to allow you to fine tune the permissions.

Start a comment, select who can see it, add any attachments, and all authorized parties will receive email notifications just like your file shares do now. Also, anytime a response is added everyone is notified.
