The broad brush.....
In the fewest possible words, the PerfectShare feature set is design to do three things:
1- Send Files
2- Receive Files
3- View 2D files and 3D Geometry
PerfectShare allows you to send and receive files from your customers and vendors. To your customers it appears to be your own home grown data collaboration solution. You might liken it to a FTP site on steroids. (wrapped in an extremely easy to use interface.)
2D and 3D files such as PDF, Microsoft Office, Catia 3DXML, eDrawings, etc can be viewed on site. You may also exchange messages regarding these files.
All users are completely isolated from each other and cannot "see" one another. Even if a set of files is shared amongst several users, they are unaware of the others presence. Complete and total isolation.
Your service includes extensive user activity and data logs. This information is available in printable reports.
