Sign Up and Payment Questions
How does the 14-day free trial work? What about cancelation?
Sign-up. If you cancel within 14 days of signing up you won‘t be charged a thing. If you continue beyond the 14 day period we will begin your billing account. There‘s no long term contract (it‘s just month-to-month) and you can cancel at any time. We don‘t prorate for partial months.
Are your prices flat monthly prices or are they per-user?
There are no additional per-user charges — the flat monthly price is the same as long as you stay within the limits of your plan. PerfectShare pricing already includes a set number of users within each plan.
Is this a long-term commitment?
Nope — everything is month-to-month. If you cancel, you‘ll be billed for the current month, but you won‘t be billed again.
Can we pay a year in advance?
Yes — if you wish to pre-pay, there is a 10% discount for making a single annual payment.
Can I change plans at any time?
Yep — and it‘s really easy. Simply email our support department. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Plus, we‘ll never hit you up with a “set-up” or extra “one-time” fee when you upgrade.
What are the system requirements to use PerfectShare?
Since PerfectShare is hosted on our servers, there‘s nothing to install and no server/platform requirements to worry about. All you need is a modern web browser with Javascript turned on (PerfectShare officially supports IE 6 or later on the PC, Firefox on Mac, PC, Linux, and Safari on Mac) and an internet connection. PerfectShare does not support IE 5.x on the Mac or PC. If you have IE 5, we recommend switching to Firefox — it‘s modern, fast, compatible, and free.
What types of payment do you accept? Will you take a P.O.? Can you invoice us?
Currently we accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Paypal. We also accept corporate purchase orders and will bill at net 30 days. However, if using a P.O. the Basic and Starter plans must be purchased in a single annual payment.
