Company Name: The name of your company, group or organization.	Example: XYZ Widget Corp, Apple, Microsoft
Administrator Account This is the master sign-in for your account. Once you've created this, you can add as many people as you like, each with their own sign-in information.

Phone	Must be a valid, verifiable number
Username	Must be at least 6 characters
Password	Must be at least 6 characters
Confirm Password
Your PerfectShare Site Address Each PerfectShare site has its own web address. This is where you and your co-workers will sign-in.
Site Address:	http:// . Example: xyzwidget, appleco, msft DO NOT use 'www' nor 'http' - web prefixes are not a requirement
