Messaging and Comments
Ever since our first release PerfectShare has had a built in viewer in the File Manager. The viewer contained a mini-message system which was intended to allow people to exchange comments and ideas. After 3 years of a constant presence in our product, we noticed that people used the mini-messenger infrequently. Yet, at the same time, web based messaging systems were enjoying substantial growth.The bottom line being that either the current messaging system was too difficult to use or, not full featured enough for the needs of our customers.
So.. we set off to develop a messaging system comprised of the ‘best in class’ for every feature we offered. Here is the result.
- Unlimited text length message area
- Commenting by any number of users
- Ability to group message into Folders
- Assign authorized users to messages

- Thumbnails can also be seen full size
Common sense, easy to use features that make exchanging files, images, and comments a breeze. Attach images and they appear as small thumbnails. Click on a thumbnail and it will expand to full size for reviewing. Right to download. You can also maximize multiple files at a time for comparison. When messages or responses are created, the contents are automatically emailed as well as recorded in the thread.
Organize your messages into folders and sub folders. Share messages with users or groups of users (teams).
